About IPC Services

Following in the footsteps of his father, a licensed building contractor, Rusty Stout obtained his State of Florida Building Contracting License in 1996.  In June of 2000, he founded IPC Services in response to the Central Florida building boom.  He recognized a need in the local building industry for providing accurate plans from an experienced and professional firm.  Meeting the needs of developers, contractors, and owner-builders, IPC quickly filled a viable and necessary niche in the pre-construction industry.

As IPC Services, Inc. continued to provide excellent service in the drafting and design market, it developed additional services as well. Permitting, marketing, pre-construction subcontractor coordination and general construction consulting services were created to further expand an already well-rounded firm. This continued expansion has allowed IPC Services to grow and nurture a diverse staff of quality individuals whom are all dedicated to customer satisfaction and company success.

Today, IPC Services, Inc. continues to provide service to  a wonderful family of clients that includes other design professionals, builders, developers, and private individuals seeking to build. Based in Ocala, Florida we serve Marion, Levy, Alachua, Volusia, Sumter, Citrus, and many more counties throughout Florida. IPC continues today in the Stout family tradition with a commitment to excellence in both product and customer service.
